The meeting was organized by the Platform of Latin America and the Caribbean for Climate Action on Agriculture (PLACA), the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CGIAR-CCAFS) led by the Bioversity - CIAT Alliance.
