The meeting was organized by the Platform of Latin America and the Caribbean for Climate Action on Agriculture (PLACA), the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CGIAR-CCAFS) led by the Bioversity - CIAT Alliance.

Day 1: Data Systems for Climate Action in Agriculture 

• Hydrometeorological and climatic data, observation and forecasting systems with agricultural application available.
• Methodology for the assessment of damage and losses due to disasters in agriculture.
• Integrated Sustainable Agriculture Adapted to Climate (ASAC) systems for decision making in agriculture

Day 2: Methodologies and Tools for Climate Action in Agriculture 

• Experiences of Multilevel Planning for Climate Action
• Climate Services for Agriculture; Incorporating local agroclimatic information in decision making.
• Participatory methodologies and tools for prioritization and monitoring of ASAC practices and technologies in agroecosystems.
• Evidence-based technologies and business models for sustainable livestock production
