The mission of TWG2 is to articulate knowledge and opportunities to strengthen the development and public policy strategies for climate change and agriculture, in order to support resilience and challenges in the agricultural sector of PLACA member countries.

The group's work plan for 2023 has organized its activities along the four strategic lines of PLACA's General Plan: i) capacity building ii) dialogue and strategic development for public policy management, iii) dissemination and communication, iv) regional coordination.
