The mission of TWG4 is to coordinate and promote mechanisms for collaboration, the exchange of experiences and individual or coordinated efforts for innovation and scientific and technological dissemination among the countries of LAC, to address the effects of climate change and climate variability in order to promote sustainable, efficient and resilient agriculture.

The group's work plan for 2023 has organized its activities along the four strategic lines of PLACA's General Plan: i) capacity building ii) dialogue and strategic development for public policy management, iii) dissemination and communication, iv) regional coordination.
