PLACA and the FAO, in partnership with the Global Water Partnership (GWP) Latin America, the Conference of Ibero-American Water Authorities and Agencies (CODIA), academia, and regional experts, have created a series of platforms for South-South exchange and capacity building that contribute to water and food security in the face of climate change, through the strengthening of governance and integrated water resources management, efficient water use and reuse, information management, and innovation, among other topics addressed.

This collaborative effort has taken various forms in different countries, contributing to technical discussions and the development of regional public policies.

This report provides an overview of the outputs generated and the activities carried out between 2022 and 2025.
