Objective
To strengthen the technical and political capabilities of PLACA member countries to participate in the international negotiation processes on climate change in agriculture in an informed and strategic manner, through a cycle of technical analysis, regional dialogue and exchange of experiences.

- September 09 - Navigating the nexus: challenges and opportunities for developing countries in the interplay between Articles 5 and 6 of the Paris Agreement.
Challenges and opportunities in the implementation of Articles 5 and 6; participation in carbon markets (6.2 and 6.4); environmental integrity, equity in benefits and institutional capacities; experiences in the region to strengthen participation in cooperation mechanisms.
