The mission of TWG3 is to share and transfer knowledge through innovative options to strengthen the technical capacities of producers and professionals in the agricultural sector, in order to support resilience building and address the impacts and challenges of climate change in the agricultural sector in PLACA countries.

The group's work plan for 2023 has organized its activities along the four strategic lines of PLACA's General Plan: i) capacity building ii) dialogue for public policies, iii) dissemination and communication, iv) regional coordination.
